Here’s a simple plan on how to feel less bloated in 7 days.

This program was designed by Mark Macdonald, author of the book “Body Confidence”, Chelsey Handler’s coach and creator of the Venice Nutrition program in which I am certified.   • 3 egg whites (or a Palm size of protein)
  • 3 oz of fruit or vegetables (size of your fist)
  • 24 raw nuts (or a small handful)

Meal  2:

  • Protein shake (Power Crunch RTD or powder)


  • 3 oz of Protein (size of your palm)
  • 3 oz of fruit or vegetable (size of your fist)
  • 1 oz of avocado (or a size of your thumb)

Mid Afternoon

  • 1 Shake serving¬†


  • 3 oz of Protein (size of your palm)
  • Medium Bowl of Lettuce
  • 3 oz of Vegetables (size of your fist)
  • .5 tbsp of oil (a tip of your thumb)

use the oil for your salad
