Banana Peanut Butter Choc Protein Cookies (gluten free)
1 cup gluten free flour (I like Pamela’s)
1/4 cup ground flax seed
1/4 cup PB2 powdered peanut butter
1 whole egg
1/2 cup Isapro whey protein
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 mashed ripe bananas
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp honey
1/4 cup Enjoy Life mini choc chips
Mix together with fork. Place on baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper. Bake at 325 for 6-8 mins. Be careful not to over cook because whey protein tends to make cookies dry! Take them out while they are still gooey in the center and they will continue to cook while they are cooling on the counter.
