Recipe for the most satisfying (and seemingly sinful) breakfast or post workout meal:
Power Crunch Protein Cookie Dough
- 1/3 cup instant oats
- 2 heaping scoops of Power Crunch Proto Whey Vanilla Creme protein
- 1 packet truvia sweetener
- 2 tbsp liquid egg whites
- 1/2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp gluten free/dairy free chocolate chips (Enjoy Life Brand)
- Mix all ingredients well with a fork. Add more egg whites or water if you prefer a softer cookie dough. Add 1 tbsp chocolate chips and mix.
