Self Love Perfectionist Project is the first 6 weeks of loving yourself better for the rest of your life.

6 live video calls Feb. 8- March 13

Week 1: Self Love Inventory

We start by taking inventory of every area of our lives. Where Perfectionism is holding us back and what common feelings we feel each day. What if we could shift these by the end of week 6?

Week 2: Mindset & Movement

Emotion comes from motion. Mindset is what we feed our minds daily. Through daily movement and mindset work, we will reset our brains and form new neural pathways. The old limiting beliefs about not being enough will begin to fade away with practice.

Week 3: The 4 C's

Comparison, competition, compliments & compassion. We will explore how to eliminate the competition with others and start having compassion for ourselves. The achievements that we have do not define us or others, it's who we become along the journey.

Week 4: Worthiness Meditation

We self sabotage, say "yes" to things because of others, and often put ourselves last in order to achieve more and more. We are worth more than getting the leftovers of time and drained energy. We are absolutely worthy of having a life we desire!

Week 5: Cycles & Support

We live in a masculine world and operate with a calendar designed to follow the workplace. Learn how to operate, plan and schedule projects around your cycle, how to care for yourself and communicate to others what you need.

Week 6: The Recipe for Success

Putting the self love and self acceptance work into practice is a life long process. The final week we will finalize your commitment to self compassion while still being a high achieving female. This structure will allow you to continue to achieve great things, without the burnout!

This program consists of highly impactful 1 hour group coaching sessions weekly on Zoom.

*Calls will be held weekly on Saturday morning or Tuesday evening. You will have access to all recordings!

Is this program right for you?

  • This program is for you if you are ready to say YES to yourself and finally start showing up for youself so you can avoid burnout
  • If you find yourself serving your family and friends, but do not have a defined self care routine for yourself
  • If you've always had a desire to achieve more, do more, and had a hard time sitting still or resting
  • If you're looking to find more self love by accepting all parts of you, even the not so good ones

This program is NOT for you if...

  • If you are not committed to showing up for the live coaching calls and participating then this is not for you. Shifting requires stepping out of your comfort zone. It's okay to miss 1 or 2 calls due to schedules, but if you GHOST you won't get much out of it.
  • If you feel afraid and nervous about trying a program, and are going to let that fear STOP you, then don't register. This is for those ready to say YES to themselves, despite the fear.
  • If you are stuck on trying to do everything perfectly, then this is not for you! Our biggest learnings come from sharing our breakdowns.
  • Timing is not going to ever be perfect to comit to personal growth. So if you are going to use time as an excuse to not show up and do the work, then you are not ready for this program.
