“I like big butts and I cannot lie.” -Sir Mix A Lot
Every woman I know wants to have a nice behind. I’m no exception. I tend to hold fat as well as muscle in my butt. But if I don’t train, then gravity begins to take effect. In the past year, I have gotten away from lifting just legs at the gym. I’m more into circuits now, and especially am careful with back squats since my back injury.
Since I’ve been training for a half marathon, and I haven’t been in the gym lifting legs for quite a while, I’ve lost some shape and volume in my glutes. And man, I need some accountability. And since most of the women I talk to ask me about how to grow nice round glutes, I’ve always thought about making a glute training program.
When I have a body part that is lagging, I like to train it 2-3x a week (with one rest day in between) to really focus on growing and firming. I am soooo excited about announcing this to you! I want to share my FREE workouts with my inner circle first and give you an opportunity to train right along with my videos!
In the spirit of giving, I wanted to make this program completely FREE so we can hold each other accountable for training those glutes! My goal is to lift my glutes and gain some muscle back — and I’ve created 12 at home (or gym) workouts to just do that. And I like for you to join me and document your workouts with me on Instagram! I will be rewarding some amazing prizes and recognition for ladies who document all of their 12 workouts this month!
Most ladies I know would like to rock a nice pair of jeans and feel super confident with their backside. Also — with Halloween candy tempting us all month, and extra treats on the horizon, we can work on building some good muscle before the holidays.
