Many of my clients feel blocked, or stuck or unmotivated when they come to me. They feel like they have had success in the past, and have gotten off track and don’t know how to get back on. They are overwhelmed and need to figure out the next step to take. They often feel so frustrated they are almost ready to give up.
When they find me and we book a call, we address exactly where they are at right now, what they are feeling and the challenges they are facing. At the end of the call my clients are feeling positive, reassured, motivated, and ready to take action on something that week.
After each call, my clients get homework to complete before our next call. By our next coaching call, my clients reveal their successes and how they’ve started to gain back momentum!
Sometimes they only need one call, and can use some simple tools I provide to help them with their struggles. Sometimes we will do a few calls – but the result is the same. They always thank me for my honesty, guidance and acceptance of them no matter what they reveal.
